Hawaiian Green Salt

Coarse decorative salt in a stunning jade green color, instantly recognizable in any setting. Hawaii Salt Bamboo Jade comes from the coasts of Molokai Island, Hawaii, and is refined with bamboo leaf extract, which gives it its characteristic deep green color. It is not used as food — it is exclusively premium quality decorative salt.

The salt we use

Sea salt from Molokai Island, Hawaii, refined with bamboo leaf extract and mineral extracts. Grain size 1–2 mm, uniform, with stable structure and good flow. Processed gently as a bulk product without added aromas or flavors.

Origin and production

Originates from the USA, Molokai Island, Hawaii — one of the cleanest marine environments in the Pacific. Seawater is directed into shallow evaporation basins and naturally concentrated under the sun and wind. After harvesting, the crystals are gently dried and mixed with bamboo leaf extract and mineral extracts. They are then granulated to a uniform size of 1–2 mm.

Aroma, color and appearance

Stunning jade-green color, reminiscent of Hawaii's lush vegetation. Neutral, slightly salty aroma allowing for versatile use. The coarse-grained structure makes the salt extremely visible and striking in decorative arrangements.

How it is used

Ideal for decorating bowls, glasses, trays, and lanterns in restaurants, hotels, and events. Creates thematic buffets and photographic backdrops with a marine or exotic aesthetic. Fills transparent mills, jars, or clear bottles as a color accent in kitchens, retail, and living areas. Not declared as food — used exclusively for decorative purposes.

Differences from other Hawaiian salts

Unlike black lava salt or red Alaea salt, Bamboo Jade has a unique green color from the bamboo extract. It combines sea salt with mineral extracts for a deep visual effect without added substances. Ideal for themed decorations with references to nature, the sea, and exotic cuisine.
