Organic garlic powder
Organic garlic powder is made from dried organic garlic cloves, ground into a fine, uniform powder. It delivers the intense, characteristic garlic flavor without the need for chopping, blends directly into sauces, pasta, and spice rubs, and provides consistent and reproducible results in every recipe. Organic farming ensures that the garlic is grown without synthetic fertilizers, chemical fertilizers, or pesticides.
The material we use
We use dried organic garlic cloves, ground into a fine, uniform powder, raw, without additives or colorings. The color is light beige-yellow, characteristic of dried garlic powder. The powder is fine and dissolves easily in liquids and sauces.
Botanical identity
Garlic (Allium sativum, family Amaryllidaceae) has been cultivated for over 5,000 years. It originated in Central Asia and is cultivated worldwide. In Ancient Egypt, it was so important that pyramid workers received it as wages. Organic farming differs in that it prohibits the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemical pesticides.
