Salt with Sweet Bukovo

Salt with Sweet Bukovo is a simple yet particularly versatile seasoning that combines salt with dried red pepper flakes. Its flavor is milder than that of the version made with hot bukovo, so it can easily be used in everyday dishes. The salt we use

The product is made with Messolonghi salt, combined with sweet bukovo. Bukovo consists of dried, coarsely crushed red pepper and may include small pieces of skin and seeds. Unlike hot bukovo, the emphasis here is more on the pepper’s aroma and flavor and less on intense heat.

Messolonghi is one of the regions most closely associated with Greek sea salt production. Its salt pans and distinctive lagoon environment are an integral part of the local identity. Storage

Store in a cool, dry, dark place, protected from moisture, steam, and direct sunlight. Seal the package tightly after opening. Use a dry spoon or utensil, as moisture may cause the salt to clump and affect the texture of the pepper flakes.
