The salt we use
Unprocessed pink Khewra rock salt, known as Himalayan salt, in natural crystals measuring 2–5 cm. It naturally contains trace elements such as iron (Fe), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K), which give it its characteristic pink color. No additives, no processing.
Origin and identity
It comes from the Khewra mines in Pakistan, at an altitude of approximately 500 m. The salt has formed from ancient marine deposits and is hand-mined, preserving its natural structure and purity.
