Carrot powder
Carrot powder is dried and ground carrot into a fine powder, with a vibrant orange color and a slightly sweet taste. It is used as a natural coloring agent in smoothies, soups, sweet preparations, and for coloring pasta and desserts. It is rich in beta-carotene and an easy option for those who want the vibrant color of carrot in their cooking without using fresh carrot.
The material we use
We use dried carrot roots that are ground into a fine, uniform powder, raw, without additives, colorings, or preservatives. The color is vibrant orange, characteristic of β-carotene. The powder is fine and uniform with a natural earthy sweetness of carrot.
