Orders

You can easily make your purchase through our online store. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information.

Should you need to cancel your order, you can use the Order Cancellation Form, which you will find at the bottom of our website (footer).

Cancellation is possible if the order has not already been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipments are carried out through reliable courier partners and BOXNOW.

Delivery times:

Athens: 2–5 business days
Rest of Greece: 3–5 business days
Products by order: 3–8 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days

For orders over €35, we offer free shipping via BOXNOW for Greece.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns & Withdrawal

You have the right to return products in accordance with the applicable European legislation for distance selling.

Returns are accepted only when:

The product is in its original condition
It has not been used
The packaging is closed and sealed

For hygiene and food safety reasons, returns of opened products are not accepted.
